Adirondack Chair

A summertime staple. No cottage or campfire is complete without the Adirondack chair. Using traditional hand tools and methods you will create a chair of your own from start to finish.
All ages workshop (14 yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult).

Finding unique wood transformed into functional pieces such as Cutting Boards, Bread Boards, Cheese Platters can cost you. So why not make your own? This introductory level course will teach you how to use hand tools to create a food safe piece you’ll be proud to show off.

Beginner Woodworking

If you can’t make it to the MacLachlan Woodworking Museum, we will be hosting this first ever introduction workshop for children at Artillery Park. Children will learn the basics of woodworking and pre-cut projects will be sanded, assembled, and painted.Projects are fun and kid-friendly!
